Where it started
Our founder started learning Airbnb co-hosting hands-on, working alongside international property managers. The gap between what Nigerian guests were getting and what was possible became impossible to ignore.
2022
Citiframes
It started under a creative business built around interior design, photography, artwork and picture framing. Demand for proper rental management kept growing faster than the brand could hold.
2023
Citiscapes launches
A dedicated brand for property owners and guests across Nigeria. Clients came. The reputation built. Momentum grew. But the name was not big enough for the vision.
2024
Time to rebrand
The name could no longer hold what Citiscapes had become. A bold decision was made to start fresh with an identity built to last.
2025
Stayven Limited
Officially incorporated as a limited liability company. The name comes from "Stay Haven," the belief that every guest deserves a stay that is comfortable, consistent and dependable, no matter where in Nigeria they are.

More than apartments
Stayven is now a hospitality brand dedicated to creating exceptional stays while helping property owners unlock the full potential of their investments.
