By booking or staying in any of our apartments, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure fairness, safety, and clarity for both our guests and property.
1. Booking and Payments
- Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as stated during booking.
- Rates are subject to change depending on season, demand, and availability.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) are also bound by their respective policies.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to approval and may attract an extra fee.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
3. Security Deposit and Damages
- A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in.
- Any damages, missing items, or deep cleaning required due to negligence will be deducted from the deposit.
- If damages exceed the deposit, the guest is liable for the balance.
4. Guest Conduct
- Smoking, loud parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated.
- Respect for neighbors, staff, and property is expected at all times.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in qualify for a full refund (minus processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows or early departures are treated as cancellations without refund.
6. Maintenance and House Rules
- Stayven Apartments provides 24-hour power supply, free Wi-Fi, and regular cleaning.
- Guests may request additional cleaning or maintenance at an extra charge.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or damage immediately for quick resolution.
7. Liability
- Stayven Apartments is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries occurring during your stay.
- Guests are advised to secure their valuables and ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal data is used only for booking, verification, and communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share guest information with unaffiliated third parties.
9. Property Owner Partnerships
For property owners working with Stayven Apartments:
- Management agreements clearly outline revenue sharing, maintenance responsibilities, and duration of partnership.
- Stayven reserves the right to delist or suspend a property that violates quality or legal standards.
10. Changes to Terms
Stayven Apartments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
