At Stayven Apartments, we want every guest to feel at home while maintaining the comfort and safety of all who share our spaces.
These policies outline what we expect from guests — and what guests can expect from us — to ensure fairness, respect, and a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 12:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and pay the refundable security deposit at check-in.
👥 Guest Limit & Visitors
- Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit as stated in its listing.
- Visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM only.
- Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
- Breaching occupancy limits may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
🚭 Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is prohibited inside all Stayven apartments.
- Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
- Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed, but parties, loud music, or disruptive gatherings are not.
💰 Security Deposit & Damages
- A refundable security deposit is required at check-in to cover potential damages.
- Any damage, missing items, or misuse of property will be deducted from the deposit.
- Major damages or rule violations may incur additional charges.
🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance
- Apartments are cleaned before check-in.
- Extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay at a small fee.
- Please report maintenance issues promptly — our on-site team will assist within working hours.
🔇 Noise & Conduct
- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please respect neighbours and other guests.
- Stayven reserves the right to terminate a booking if a guest engages in illegal, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.
🔒 Safety & Security
- All apartments are equipped with CCTV, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms.
- Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Stayven is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.
🧾 Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations follow the policy stated at the time of booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days after checkout inspection.
